Nutrition Assistance application dedicated to French food, it will allow for a balanced diet.
More than a simple calorie counter, diet this application allows to analyze the content of your meals in calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, water, vitamins and minerals. It also displays the nutritional values of over 1400 foods (38 nutrients including vitamins, minerals, calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat, cholesterol, fiber, sugars, and many others).
The food composition will have no more secrets for you!
You can take your meals and consult their nutrient content. The application also calculates the% RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) of your meals per day and per week.
Graphical indicators in the form of bars you can get the gist of the nutritional values of foods and meals in a look!
A module "Selector" allows you to select foods based on your objectives to minimize and / or maximize one or two components. For example, you can search for foods rich in calcium and low in calories.
